* Campfire: approval pending, Erik to clarify
* Mario Kart: Switches by Erik + Paul; prizes: 2× 10 € Amazon vouchers + 20 € for places 2–3; tournament plan \~Erik

Sports event: postponed to 06.05., 12:00–13:00.

## Item 3 – Summer festival meeting

**Decision:** New date 04.05.2026, 18:15. Invitation to other FSRs sent by Erik.

## Item 4 – General application notes

* Comply with the procedure
* Provide a precise breakdown of cost items

## Item 5 – Founding of working group "Digitalisation StuRa"

Erik presents the plan to found a working group "Digitalisation StuRa" (digitalisation of StuRa processes, restructuring of the IT infrastructure, FSR INS as the technically supporting FSR). Call for participation; no concrete responses during the meeting.

## Item 6 – Senate barbecue

Request from the Senate (via Seewald-Heeg to Jeremy) for a closing barbecue on 08.07.2025, 16:30 at FB5. FSR INS in favour in principle; details will be discussed at the next meeting.

## Miscellaneous

Advertising: monthly and semester plans, individual posters for the summer festival, pinning in WA group, digital board, FSR board.
