Decision: New date 04.05.2026, 18:15. Invitation to other FSRs sent by Erik.

Item 5 – Founding of working group "Digitalisation StuRa"

Erik presents the plan to found a working group "Digitalisation StuRa" (digitalisation of StuRa processes, restructuring of the IT infrastructure, FSR INS as the technically supporting FSR). Call for participation; no concrete responses during the meeting.

Item 6 – Senate barbecue

Request from the Senate (via Seewald-Heeg to Jeremy) for a closing barbecue on 08.07.2025, 16:30 at FB5. FSR INS in favour in principle; details will be discussed at the next meeting.

Advertising: monthly and semester plans, individual posters for the summer festival, pinning in WA group, digital board, FSR board.
